Karesi Belediyesi, Armutalan Mahallesi\u2019ne K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezi kazand\u0131rmak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 tamamlad\u0131. \u201cGeleneksel G\u00fcrc\u00fc Mimarisi\u201d \u00f6rnek al\u0131narak yap\u0131lan merkez hizmet vermeye ba\u015flad\u0131.
\nKaresi Belediyesi, il\u00e7enin sanat ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel faaliyetlerini zenginle\u015ftirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na devam ediyor. Haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 projeler ve yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ile il\u00e7enin k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferlerine sahip \u00e7\u0131kan Karesi Belediyesi, Armutalan Mahallesi\u2019ne K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezi kazand\u0131rmak i\u00e7in ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 tamamlad\u0131. Kullan\u0131ma ba\u015flanan k\u00fclt\u00fcr merkezi, “Geleneksel G\u00fcrc\u00fc Mimarisi” \u00f6rnek al\u0131narak tasarland\u0131.
\nArmutalan Mahallesi\u2019nde Karesi Belediyesi\u2019ne ait bin 361 metrekare y\u00fcz\u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcme sahip arsa \u00fczerinde yap\u0131lacak olan k\u00fclt\u00fcr merkezi 2 katl\u0131 ve toplam 742 metrekare b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde in\u015fa edildi. K\u00fclt\u00fcr Merkezi\u2019nin, 1. kat\u0131nda misafir odalar\u0131, muhtar odas\u0131, doktor odas\u0131 ve k\u00f6y dernek odas\u0131 ile 2. kat\u0131nda 300 ki\u015filik toplant\u0131 salonu bulunuyor.

Karesi\u2019nin tarihi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel zenginliklerine dikkate \u00e7eken Ba\u015fkan Orkan, \u201c\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131zla \u00e7ehresi de\u011fi\u015fen, daha da g\u00fczelle\u015fen il\u00e7emizde, Y\u0131ld\u0131r\u0131m Beyaz\u0131t \u0130marethanesi, Atat\u00fcrk K\u00fclt\u00fcr Evi, Karesi Bey T\u00fcrbesi gibi tarihi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel yap\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kentimize kazand\u0131rd\u0131k, kazand\u0131r\u0131yoruz.
