Prof. Dr. Y\u0131lmaz, &#8220;\u0130yi uyuyanlarda geceleyin mutluluk hormonu olarak da bilinen serotonin ve b\u00fcy\u00fcme hormonu olan growth hormonu salg\u0131lan\u0131r. Bu \u00e7ocuklarda geli\u015fmeyi, b\u00fcy\u00fcmeyi, serpilmeyi, kas yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lenmesini sa\u011flar. Geceleyin salg\u0131lanan hormonlardan leptin ve ghrelin denilen hormonlar bizim doyma merkezimizi etkiler. \u00d6rne\u011fin gece uyan\u0131k kalanlar hep at\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak ister. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc a\u00e7l\u0131k hormonu olan ghrelin artt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda i\u015ftah\u0131m\u0131z a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131yor. Tokluk hormonu olan leptin artt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise doyma merkezi uyar\u0131l\u0131yor. \u0130yi uyuyan birinde leptin artar, ghrelin hormonunu azal\u0131r. Yani ortalama 45 dakika fark var. En \u00e7ok uyuyanlar \u0130spanyollar, \u0130talyanlar ve Yunanl\u0131lar. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara siesta uykular\u0131 dahil mi bilmiyoruz. T\u00fcrk halk\u0131n\u0131n ortalama uyku s\u00fcresi ise 7 saat 30 dakika&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;UYKU APNES\u0130 ERKEKLERDE Y\u00dcZDE 7, KADINLARDA Y\u00dcZDE 4<\/strong>&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrk insan\u0131nda en \u00e7ok g\u00f6r\u00fclen uyku bozukluklar\u0131na da de\u011finen Prof. Dr. Y\u0131lmaz s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;T\u00fcrk insan\u0131 i\u00e7inde son y\u0131llarda uyku apnesinin iyice artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00fclkemizde hem ya\u015flanmaya hem de obeziteye bir e\u011filim var. Bu do\u011fal olarak uyku apnesinin s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131r\u0131yor. Erkeklerde y\u00fczde 7, kad\u0131nlarda y\u00fczde 4 s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda uyku apnesi ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yay\u0131z. Ancak en ilgin\u00e7 hasta grubu uykuda anormal hareket ve davran\u0131\u015flar g\u00f6steren parasomnia dedi\u011fimiz rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar. Uykuda konu\u015fma, kalkma, y\u00fcr\u00fcme, kabus, karabasan.
