Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131nda m\u00fc\u015favir ki\u015fi ve firmalara 1 milyar 497 milyon TL \u00f6dendi. Bu harcama y\u0131l rekoru olarak da kay\u0131tlara ge\u00e7ti. M\u00fc\u015favir ki\u015fi ve firmalardan dokuz ayda 11.1 milyar TL\u2019lik \u201chizmet\u201d al\u0131nd\u0131. Firmalardan al\u0131nan hizmetler ise m\u00fcteahhitlik, ara\u015ft\u0131rma, haritalama, dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k, g\u00fcvenlik, temizlik hizmetleri oldu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>M\u00fc\u015favir ki\u015fi ve firmalara \u201cMenkul Sermaye \u00dcretim Gideri\u201d kaleminden dokuz ayda 436 milyon TL \u00f6dendi. Bu \u00f6demelerin alt gider kalemleri ise proje, m\u00fc\u015favirlik ve kontrol giderleri oldu. \u201cGayrimenkul Sermaye \u00dcretim Gideri\u201d i\u00e7in bu firmalara yap\u0131lan toplam harcama ise tam 2 milyar TL\u2019ye ula\u015ft\u0131.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>M\u00fc\u015favir ki\u015fi ve firmalara yap\u0131lan bir di\u011fer \u00f6deme, \u201cGayrimenkul B\u00fcy\u00fck Onar\u0131m Gideri\u201d kaleminden yap\u0131ld\u0131. Proje, m\u00fc\u015favirlik ve kontrol gibi gerek\u00e7elerle firmalara 524 milyon TL\u2019lik \u00f6deme yap\u0131ld\u0131.
