Aksi takdirde bilgi u\u00e7u\u015fabiliyor. Belki o an i\u00e7in bilgi k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre bellekte kal\u0131yor ama teflon tava gibi bir s\u00fcre sonra kaybolup gidiyor.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;K\u00d6T\u00dc UYUYANLAR YA DA UYKUSUZ KALANLARDA ALZHEIMER R\u0130SK\u0130 VAR&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda Bel\u00e7ika&#8217;da yap\u0131lan ve Brain isimli t\u0131p dergisinde de yay\u0131nlanan bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 payla\u015fan Prof. Dr. Y\u0131lmaz, &#8220;Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada insanlar\u0131 iki gruba ay\u0131rd\u0131lar ve g\u00f6revler verdiler. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmaya kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n beyin omurilik s\u0131v\u0131lar\u0131ndan \u00f6rnekler al\u0131narak, baz\u0131 proteinlere bak\u0131ld\u0131. Tau Protein ve Beta-Amiloid denilen ve Alzheimer\u2019e yatk\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 artt\u0131ran proteinler iyi uyuyanlarda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. K\u00f6t\u00fc uyuyan ya da uyumayanlar da ise bu iki protein y\u00fcksek \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. B\u00f6ylelikle uyku bozuklu\u011funun sadece \u00f6\u011frenmede de\u011fil bellek ile ilgili mekanizmalar\u0131 bozdu\u011funu ve Alzheimer ile bunamaya yatk\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 artt\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7ok daha net s\u00f6yleyebiliyoruz&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;DERS \u00c7ALI\u015eIRKEN UYUYUP UYANMAK \u00d6\u011eRENMEY\u0130 ARTTIRIYOR&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u0131navlara haz\u0131rlanan \u00f6\u011frenciler i\u00e7in de ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 artt\u0131racak \u00f6nerilerde bulunan Prof. Dr. Y\u0131lmaz, &#8220;\u00d6\u011frencilerin ders aras\u0131nda cep telefonuyla ilgilenmek, televizyona bakmak, internete girmek yerine uyuyup uyan\u0131p, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya devam ederlerse daha \u00e7abuk \u00f6\u011frendi\u011fini, daha az tekrar ile daha kal\u0131c\u0131 bilgi edindiklerini biliyoruz. Ortaokul \u00e7a\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n ise 9 saat uyumas\u0131 gerekiyor. \u0130lkokul \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ndaki \u00e7ocuk sabah 07.00&#8217;de uyan\u0131yorsa ak\u015fam 21.00 civar\u0131nda yatmal\u0131. Ortaokul \u00e7a\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n 22.00 gibi yatmas\u0131 gerekiyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc saat 23.00&#8217;den sonra melatonin dedi\u011fimiz bir hormon sal\u0131n\u0131yor. Melatonin hormonu, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n geli\u015fmesindeki en \u00f6nemli hormon. B\u00fcy\u00fcmede, h\u00fccre yenilenmesinde de en \u00f6nemli hormon olan melatonin mutlulu\u011fu sa\u011fl\u0131yor, kemik geli\u015fimini sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Uyku bu nedenle \u00e7ocuk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00e7ok \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. \u00d6\u011frenmede inan\u0131lmaz yeri var. Uyudu\u011funuz zaman beyniniz sinir h\u00fccreleri aras\u0131ndaki ileti\u015fimi daha \u00e7ok artt\u0131r\u0131yor.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;UYKUNUN 2 EVRES\u0130 VAR&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uykunun 2 evresi oldu\u011funu belirten Prof. Dr. Ulud\u00fcz, &#8220;Uykumuz derin evre ve r\u00fcya evresi olarak ikiye ayr\u0131l\u0131yor. R\u00fcya g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda\u00a0y\u00fczeyel evreden derin evreye giriyoruz. Derin evre g\u00fcn boyu \u00f6\u011frendi\u011fimiz b\u00fct\u00fcn olaylar\u0131 haf\u0131zaya almam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor.
